We are the only full service studio in the area teaching lessons 7 days a week, making it easy for you to find a time that fits your schedule! Ask about our discounted time from 10am-2pm (Monday-Thursday) for adults and homeschoolers!

We have a very large staff of fabulous music teachers, all with either college training and/or professional performance experience. Our music teachers are dedicated to learning about your personal musical goals and helping you to achieve them. With multiple teachers for each instrument, we are confident that we have the right teacher to meet your music lesson needs. In addition to their teaching credentials, our teachers have warm personalities, are extremely friendly and dedicated to teaching you the style of music that you want to learn!
We may have a fun appearance and feel, but we are serious about your child’s safety and comfort. All of our teachers go through a rigorous interview process with full background checks. We are also fully monitored with 20+ cameras located within the building and our Studio observation windows in each of our 13 teaching rooms also allow you to watch your student’s lessons should you choose.
As a Studio, we also are taking every COVID precaution as mandated by the CDC. Our staff and teachers wear face coverings, socially distances as best as possible without compromising lesson quality, sanitizes between students, have sanitizing stations, do fever checks and of course offer all classes online for the comfort of the student.

We offer many performance opportunities each year – our popular Holiday Concerts, Open Mic Nights at St. Angelo’s Pizza every other month, Summer Recitals, and Summer Student Concert Series. Each of these give our students the opportunity to perform their music in a warm, loving atmosphere in different venues and for different styles of audiences. By offering several options, we are able to have more student participation, produce well rounded performers, and build student confidence!
Our Musical Rewards System was created to encourage student progress through a series of rewards and recognition. The student progresses through levels of learning specific to their instrument for greater understanding and proficiency. With each level, the student earns rewards and meets attainable goals. Students love the friendly competition with themselves and seeing their faces on our Wall of Stars at the studio and on our Facebook page!
We love our students and will not ‘nickel and dime’ you like many other activities! We offer ALL of our Performance Opportunities FREE of charge (Recitals, Concerts, Open Mic Nights, Summer Concert Series), as well as Free Picture Day twice a year, Free trophies and achievement rewards, Free Google documents for Teacher communication, and Homeschool and Adult discounted tuition times and discounts at Sam Ash Music Store for you to save on any of your instrument needs.
Our program is month-to-month and we do not lock you in to a contract of any sort. We know you will enjoy being here! We do teach year-round, allowing students to continually progress throughout the year. If you have to miss any lessons over the summer due to travel or camp, we have many makeup and guided practice lessons every month to accommodate everyone’s schedule. And makeups never expire as long as you are a current student!
The Music Studio Atlanta opened in 2011 as a division of the Courtnay and Rowe In-home music academy. Growing year after year, The Music Studio is carrying forward the 30+ year tradition of offering quality music lessons to thousands of Atlanta students (children and adults!) We have seen our students see great success over the years where their commitment to music has translated to large achievements as adults and working professionals. Our students have been recognized in arenas such at Georgia All-State, The Fox Theatre, Pebblebrook Performing Arts program and more. Our excellent reputation and growth has led to 4 expansions in almost 10 years, and we keep growing!
